Mission
Our Mission is to build an insurance agency that upholds the vision of
the company, bolsters the financial futures of our clients, provides an
exciting and challenging workplace, develops knowledgeable and
professional agents, and embraces the highest ideals of our community.
I think it is important for our employees and our clients to know that
there is a heart, a soul, and a human condition behind the cogs, the
gears and the levers of our business. Budgets are important. Bottom lines
are important. But neither budgets nor bottom lines can begin to compare
to the importance that we must place on the human connection. Sales are
made every day. But how many relationships do we establish? Policies are
issued. Buy how many friendships are formed? Let us focus on the person.
Let us focus on the circumstances that bring our guests to our website,
that bring our guests to call upon us. Let us focus on the right
solution--even if it means not placing the business with us.
Can an insurance agency implement a policy stipulating that they would
rather have a client go across the street than give that client the wrong
solution? Probably not. Luckily for us we are a people agency. We just
happen to sell insurance.
